Hotel Information:
Hotel reservations can be made directly with Four Winds by calling 1-866-494-6371 and book under the Northern District Circuit Court Clerks Spring Conference.
Or you can book online through 4winds.com using the group code: NDCCC SPRING CONF (Please note that you might be able to get a cheaper room rate if you DO NOT use the group code 😊).
Reservations must be made before February 10, 2026, to ensure the Group Rate.
Room Charge: $119
If your County is paying for your group by check or credit card, you must submit a “rooming list” with First Name, Last Name, Date of Stay.
Pre-check in is available beginning at 1:00pm, regular check in is at 4pm.

The deadline to book a room at our rate is February 10th.
