All events on both days are in the LAKEVIEW ROOM-go to the right at the restaurant entrance.

Hotel Information:
August 8th is the Registration Deadline and the last day to book a room. They have 71 rooms and we have the entire facility in our room block so if you try to book online it will say “sold out”. You must call the facility directly at 812-849-4508 and tell them that you are with the Indiana Clerk’s Association. You can bring a county check at “check-in”, but they still need a credit card on file to hold the room and for any incidentals that you incur during the stay.

The deadline to register in order to be guaranteed an attendee gift is August 8th.

Note from Lauren:

Please note that we are starting the round table discussions at 4pm eastern and then going right into dinner at 5:30pm rather than breaking for dinner on your own. (Thank the vendors as their sponsorships are allowing us to add this to the evening.) It will be cookout food-burgers, brats, potato salad, coleslaw, chips, baked beans, etc. We are praying for warm/dry weather as they have a really nice patio area that we will have access to.

The vendors spend a LOT of money on this event, which is saving our counties money, so please take the opportunity to be there thank them and chat with them.
