Exciting news – Our Northern District Fall Conference will be September 3rd and 4th at the Swan Lake Resort located at 5203 Plymouth LaPorte Trail, Plymouth, IN 46563. To make hotel reservations you MUST call 574-935-5680 select #1 and reference the Northern District Clerks event to get the room rate. Please do not use the website to book your rooms.

This conference will be low key. In fact, if you remember, we decided during the spring conference that this conference would just be casual (jeans and sweat shirts). Woot Woot!!!

Conference registration will close August 23rd to give us time to order the appropriate amount of food. Vendors when registering please register ALL those attending the conference. In the past, we have had a few attend who did not register their associates.

The hotel rooms will be approximately $127.00 a night and MUST be booked by calling the above phone number (574-935-5680 select #1). You will need to use a credit card to book your hotel, but the hotel will take your county checks and ST105s.

Conference Registration will be $75.00 per person for the clerks. Vendor Registration will be $150.00 per vendor plus $50.00 per additional attendee.

We are working with the vendors for some light appetizers/desserts and refreshments. We are hoping that everyone will take the opportunity to go out to eat in Plymouth and then come
back for the Vendor Night Reception to catch up with each other and talk with our awesome Vendors.
